Jatin Das: Revolutionary And Activist

Jatindranath Das or Jatin Das was a political activist and bomb-maker who was an accused in the Lahore Conspiracy Case. He was a key figure in the Hindustan Socialist Republican Army and a comrade of Bhagat Singh. He died from a prolonged hunger-strike for sixty-four days in prison on 13 September 1929.  After his death the family of the Irish revolutionary and martyr Teren Macswiney sent condolences to his family.
