Ballimaran is one of the ten assembly constituencies that combine to form the parliamentary constituency of Chandni Chowk which is currently represented by BJP's Praveen Khandelwal who won the seat by defeating his nearest Congress rival Jai Prakash Aggarwal by a margin of 89,325 votes in the 2024 Lok Sabha elections.
